​Predominantly practice-oriented, MT&M College relies on a team of highly experienced Professors and Associate professors, as well as on younger assistants. Academic positions are occupied after successful competition and election procedure. All core modules at the College are conducted only by academically titled teaching staff.

Lecturers Exchange

Lecturers and students, participating in the Erasmus Program, may exchange knowledge and skills with universities of their choice as well as all universities-partners of MT&M College. Guest-lecturers are invited each year. Prof. Sinisha Zarich, a prominent educator from Serbia, is among them. He delivers courses at the University of the United Nations in Costa Rica and Bologna. At our College, he teaches Event Management and Marketing of Events.
